Privacy policy

This is a translation of the Spanish version, which is the one that applies.

1. Who is responsible

INTEGRALAIA S.A.S. (NIT 901883156-7), based at Cl 99 # 10-57, Bogotá, Colombia, is responsible for the personal data collected on phone.sieflow.ai. Contact: [email protected].

This policy covers the website and the waitlist. The SieFlow Phone software runs on the server of each company that installs it: conversations, operators and call logs stay in that install and never reach IntegraLaIA.

2. What we collect and why

• SieFlow Phone Cloud waitlist: your email and, if you give them, your name, company, country, how many people answer WhatsApp on your team, how you handle it today and whether you tried the self-hosted version. Also the page language and where you came from (the referring page and the link's utm parameters). We use them to email you when SieFlow Phone Cloud opens and to understand which teams need it. We'll only email you about SieFlow Phone Cloud.
• Proof of your permission: with each signup we store the date, the version of this policy, and the IP address and browser you used, as Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 requires.
• Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it, and limits how many signups we accept from the same network.
• Measurement: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no profile, and we count per day how many times the GitHub buttons and the demo command copy button are used, without storing your IP or any identifier.

3. Processors

The waitlist is stored on infrastructure from Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides Turnstile and visit measurement. Cloudflare acts as a processor under our instructions and may process the data outside Colombia, with the safeguards Law 1581 of 2012 requires for international transfers. We don't sell or share your data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your signup while the waitlist is open and for up to 24 months after you sign up, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

Under Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 you can access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your permission. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. The procedure and deadlines are in the data processing policy of INTEGRALAIA S.A.S. (in Spanish).

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, for analytics or ads, so there is nothing to choose. Cloudflare Turnstile, which only loads with the form, may use technical browser storage to check that the signup is not automated.

7. Changes

We'll post any change here, with its date and a new version. If a change affects what we use your data for, we'll ask for your permission again. The terms of use of IntegraLaIA's websites are at integralaia.com/terminos (in Spanish).
